At Beldari Pottery, we take great care to ensure our products are of high quality and arrive safely.Â
Change of Mind
Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- No longer wanting the item
- Ordering the wrong product
- Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Non-returnable Items
- Gift Vouchers
- Earrings
- Made to order - unless damaged in transit.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- damaged during transit,
- faulty,
- defective, or
- not the item you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Return Conditions
Where a return has been approved, items should:
- Be returned in their original condition where possible.
- Include all original packaging where reasonably practicable.
- Be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Handmade Products
Many of our pieces are individually handmade. Variations in colour, glaze, texture, size and finish are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered faults and are not grounds for return.
